Social Rebrand // Amazon Music

Design Direction
2019 — 2022

Over the past 4 years I have led the design ouput accross the Amazon Music EMEA social channels (France, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain & Germany). During this time myself and the Laundry Service team defined and developed how the brand should show up on social. 

From a small team of 3, to now over 40 social experts accross Europe, the Amazon Music channels have seen huge leaps in growth, follower count and engagement – This success on social has allowed the brand to carve it’s spot in an already established and competitive market.
Our strategic approach to social content was to combine engagement pieces with content series. Challenging our followers with games and community questions, as well as giving them access to exculsive content focused on the artist.
